Key Features
- Ground Joint Hose Couplings are all-purpose hose coupling.
- These Couplings are designed for compressed air, steam, or fluid hose service where higher working pressure and increased hose coupling retention are required.
- A hammer type female swivel nut with coarse thread allows for quick attachment to equipment with a metal to metal contact. A spud adapter converts the coupling to pipe thread. The female swivel features a special coarse thread and over-sized hammer lugs that quickly seal the coupling tight against its special polymer seal (similar to a hammer union).
- Threaded spud adapters in male NPT, female NPT or double male wing nut thread allow for versatility in configuring hose systems from tool to compressor, manifold, and piping systems
- Hammer type female swivel nut is also available in gasket seal version. But not interchangeable with metal to metal sealing hammer union.
- Bolted interlocking clamps secure the ground joint hose coupling shank to heavy wire braid bull air hose, wire braid steam hose, or fluid transfer hose.

Camlock Couplings are also known as Cam & Groove Coupling or Quick Connect and Disconnect Coupling. KFI camlock couplings are used to connect/ disconnect hoses and/or pipes with one another or with a fixed point or installation on tank trucks.
